Safari Field Manager – Winter Season 2026–2027

We are looking for an experienced Safari Field Manager to take ownership of our daily safari operations and lead our guide team throughout the upcoming winter season.

This is not an entry-level guiding position. It is a senior operational role for someone who already has experience in adventure tourism and is ready to take responsibility for people, daily operations and service quality. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving operational challenges and continuously developing both the team and the guest experience.

What the job is really like

As Safari Field Manager, you are responsible for ensuring our daily safari operations run safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You lead by example, regularly guiding tours yourself while supporting and coaching the guide team throughout the day.

Your working week is a combination of hands-on guiding and operational leadership. Part of your time is spent in the field with guests and guides, while the rest is dedicated to coordinating daily operations, supporting the team, preparing upcoming activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You are the first point of contact for operational matters and play a key role in solving the unexpected. Whether it's changing weather, vehicle issues, last-minute schedule changes or supporting guides in challenging situations, you're able to make calm decisions and keep the operation moving.

You will also onboard and
