Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality across selected Record to Report processes.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support resolution.
- Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and harmonization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve ways of working and strengthen delivery.
Requirements
- Strong accounting and reporting knowledge, including SE GAAP K3 or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
- Ability to identify improvements and drive greater efficiency.
