Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL) distribute spare parts and finished goods to Alfa Laval customers all over the world. To succeed with our mission digitalization is a strategically prioritized area with strong support from senior leadership. As part of our central Project Management team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital roadmap, driving initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support the future development of our global parts distribution network.
This is a global role where you will collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, working closely with operational sites, Group Digital, business leaders, and end users to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Digital Roadmap & Governance: Lead and further develop the global digital roadmap, governance framework, and pipeline of initiatives within PDL.
Project Leadership: Manage digital transformation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Digital Innovation: Drive business improvements through digital solutions, including AI, RPA, data analytics, Power BI, and other emerging technologies.
Community Leadership: Build digital capabilities across PDL by facilitating workshops, sharing best practices, and promoting the adoption of new ways of working.
Tech Scouting: Stay updated of industry trends by exploring and integrating technologies that add value to the organization.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden, and includes international travel to our sites across Europe, Asia, and the USA (approximately 20-40 days per year).
