Investor Relations Specialist

We are looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to join our IR team in a hands-on role at the center of how we communicate with the capital markets.
You will work closely with the Head of IR and senior stakeholders, helping translate financial performance, strategy and market developments into clear, high-quality communication for investors and analysts.
This role offers direct exposure to quarterly reporting, investor interactions and market dynamics, and is well suited for someone who enjoys working with financial content, presentations and data in a fast-paced listed-company environment. It also suits someone who is curious, eager to learn and motivated to build a strong understanding of capital markets, investor expectations and how a listed company is positioned externally. You will gain valuable insight into how financial performance, strategy and communication come together in practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update investor presentations and reporting materials, including: quarterly and interim materials, roadshow decks, and ad hoc management slides - ensuring consistency, accuracy and high quality
- Create clear charts and visuals in Excel and translate financial data into presentation-ready formats
- Assist in developing Q&A documents, briefing materials and supporting analysis for earnings releases and investor interactions
- Support responses to investor and analyst questions by gathering, structuring and validating internal input
- Contribute to preparation for investor meetings, conferences and roadshows, including materials and background analysis
