Role Mission We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about sales and growth. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition and expand our market presence using advanced sales strategies and tools both in Finland and across the Nordic region. You will play a pivotal role in establishing successful, long-term client relationships and continuously elevating our sales processes. Are you ready to take on the challenge? Key ResponsibilitiesActively identifying and securing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting. Leading the entire consultative sales process, from initial contact and deep-dive needs analysis to final negotiations and closing. Partnering closely with our internal teams to co-create winning, strategic proposals for prospective clients. Working as an integral part of the Kurio team, while also collaborating within our international sales network. Skills and ExperienceExtensive (+/-3 years) proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in new business acquisition and strategic account cultivation. Experience working within marketing, communication, or creative agencies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge and consult C-level decision-makers.
