Land Acquisition - Data Centers (Nordics)
We are seeking experienced Senior Land Acquisition Manager specialists to lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of strategic land opportunities across the Nordic region for hyperscale and colocation data center developments.
Key Responsibilities:Source and secure land opportunities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, municipalities, utilities, and key stakeholders.
Conduct site selection assessments, including power availability, fiber connectivity, planning constraints, environmental considerations, and infrastructure access.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage land acquisition transactions from initial engagement through to contract execution.
Partner with internal development, legal, engineering, and investment teams to support project delivery.
Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and emerging opportunities within the Nordic data center sector.
Requirements:Proven experience in land acquisition, site selection, real estate development, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of the Nordic property market and regulatory landscape.
Experience working on data center, industrial, energy, logistics, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex land transactions and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Nordic region.
