Responsibilities

- We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Audit Readiness Lead to oversee and strengthen Samlink's business control environment, audit readiness, and compliance management activities. This role is critical in ensuring continued adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal governance requirements while supporting strategic integration initiatives between Kyndryl and Samlink.
- The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison across business, operational, security, risk, compliance, and audit functions, driving continuous improvement in controls, audit preparedness, and compliance processes. Strong Finnish language skills are required due to stakeholder engagement and documentation requirements.
- Role Responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating Samlink business controls and compliance activities.
- Driving audit readiness initiatives, including preparation for internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Managing and coordinating compliance programs, assessments, and remediation activities.
- Leading and overseeing MSAC-related governance, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Supporting Kyndryl-Samlink integration activities, ensuring alignment of controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating external security, compliance, and certification projects and activities.
