Head of Service Sales
About this role
As Head of Service Sales Finland, you will lead the Services Sales function and play a key role in growing Schneider Electric's services business in the Finnish market. The function focuses on developing long term customer relationships and expanding service offerings across an installed base, with increasing demand driven by energy transition, digitalisation, and new infrastructure investments.
You will lead a team of experienced Service Sales Representatives and take responsibility for driving commercial perforamance, supporting the team in their daily work, and contributing directly to key opportunities. The business is in a growth phase, with clear expectations to further develop both the sales approach and the customer offering over time. We are looking for you who are willing to grow and learn with the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Service Sales Representatives, supporting their day to day work and coaching them in customer engagement and sales execution
- Own and drive the commercial agenda, including pipeline development, account management, and closing opportunities
- Engage directly with key customers, own some customer accounts yourself and take an active role in more complex sales situations
- Identify and develop service opportunities within the existing customer base, contributing to long term growth and recurring business
- Work closely with other sales teams, operations, and support functions to ensure alignment and strong customer delivery
- Contribute to the growth of the services business in Finland by identifying opportunities, improving ways of working, and strengthening the commercial approach

- Early experience leading or guiding a sales team, either as a people manager or in a senior or team lead role. Individual contributors with interest and potential in taking first leadership role are also relevant
