WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a PR & Communication Specialist, you lead and execute PR and communication activities that strengthen the brand, manage media relations and internal communications, and ensure consistent messaging across channels. You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns, manage press activities, support crisis communication, and maintain strong relationships with media and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • As a PR & Communication Specialist, you lead and execute PR and communication activities that strengthen the brand, manage media relations and internal communications, and ensure consistent messaging across channels. You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns, manage press activities, support crisis communication, and maintain strong relationships with media and key stakeholders.
  • You will: Optimise yearly PR and Communications budget, applying a cost conscious and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies and plans specific to Sales Market and in line with Global strategies that strengthen the brand and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal key collaborators to ensure consistency and maximize impact across channels
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions, representing the company's image and values in external engagements
  • Execution of PR activations across various formats, including i.e., press releases, press days, events, media outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships within fashion industry (i.e., media, influencers, celebrities)
  • Overseeing collaborations with agencies and partnerships with other external stakeholders, ensuring that delivery of results is aligned with business and brand/PR goals
  • Monitor and analyze PR performance, media coverage & sentiment, and campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and opinion leaders to drive brand visibility & advocacy
  • Drive internal communications through adaptation of global content, alignment of tone of voice, set and execute strategies for specific local activities as required
  • WHO YOU ARE
  • You have experience in PR or communications, strong writing and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a structured way. You understand media, brand communication, and stakeholder management,
