We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Engineer with a main responsibility in energy storage. This is a permanent role, and the preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland, but other Wärtsilä locations in Finland are also negotiable. We offer the possibility to work in a hybrid model.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert for Wärtsilä Energy Storage in the Europe and Africa regions, with expertise in the technical design of systems and the identification of business models that support the economic case for deploying energy storage.

The ideal candidate has a BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering and experience with the energy storage and renewable energy markets. The final scope and seniority of the role will be tailored to match the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
