Tiny Explorers Daycare is a private bilingual daycare dedicated to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young children. Our mission is to support each child’s growth through personalized attention, creative play, and structured learning.
We are currently seeking a qualified Kindergarten Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood educator who is enthusiastic about guiding children through their foundational learning journey in a supportive and loving setting.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative play and structured routines.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on progress.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to uphold the center’s values and goals.
- Monitor and document developmental milestones and individual learning plans.
- Fluent English and Finnish language skills are essential.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Family Work or Practical Nurse (specialized in Early Childhood Education).
- Experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
