Solution lead, Order to cash

About this role

Responsibilities

• Orion is seeking an experienced Solution Lead, Order to Cash to join our SAP Center of Excellence team. In this permanent role, you will own Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions and develop processes across our SAP landscape, with a strong focus on sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, customer integration, and end-to-end business process performance.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, key users, and partners to ensure that our solutions support business needs, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement. You proactively follow the latest technology trends and stay informed on SAP innovations, including AI-driven use cases and their business impact.
• This on-site position is based in Espoo or Turku, Finland, and follows Orion's hybrid working model. This position does not include relocation support.
• The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in SAP Order- to- Cash processes and solution design, especially within SAP SD and related integrations. In the logistics domain, the end-to-end solution covers delivery and outbound logistics, as well as transportation planning and execution. This requires close collaboration with other solution teams in global logistics and supplychain area, including Integrated Planning, Warehousing, Production, and Source-to-Pay.
• You will lead the development of scalable and business-aligned solutions across the end-to-end Order to Cash area, drive process harmonization and continuous improvement, and ensure close collaboration between business and IT. You will also support projects, enhancements, and operational stability while guiding design decisions and promoting SAP best practices. You will be responsible for owning SAP upgrades and implementing the technology roadmap within your area.
