We are now looking for a Mid-level Procurement Fulfillment Assistant for our client, a global technology leader focusing on telecommunication networks, digital power, and ICT solutions.
Responsibilities
Undertake part of the business responsibilities within a single module or execute specific project tasks within the module, and independently carry out routine work. Ensure the quality and timeliness of work outcomes or project execution related to certain business activities within the module.
Be responsible for PO lifecycle management, including creating, changing, and canceling POs, inspecting returned items, creating foreign trade contracts, and managing overdue/long-overdue POs, delivery projects, and planning collaboration.
Be responsible for handling supplier prepayment applications, payment deductions, claims against suppliers (based on Indemnity Agreement to Huawei), claims against Huawei (based on Indemnity Agreement to Supplier), and other related activities.
Participate in CEG-led supplier performance/portfolio evaluations (the delivery part), manage supplier delivery performance, and create Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
Analyze fulfillment data, disclose risks, and perform regular data extraction and monitoring to support efficient operations.
Knowledge
Have an excellent command of professional procurement knowledge as well as position-specific procurement processes, operational guides, IT systems, and information flows.
Have an excellent command of international trade, compliance, business etiquette, and basic financial knowledge.
Capability
Business capabilities: Possess strong supply assurance, supply management, and internal and external communication and coordination capabilities.
Communication: Be able to establish a mechanism for regular communication with upstream and downstream departments, and regularly review progress.
