CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Planner
We're looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Planner to join our Lottery & Landbased Games team - someone who combines strong customer focus, hands-on execution skills, and a results-driven mindset with a responsible approach to gaming. In this role, you bring player communications to life across CRM channels and owned digital touchpoints, ensuring every message and content placement is timely, relevant, and aligned with player behaviour and lifecycle thinking.
You turn lifecycle strategies and content plans into concrete CRM executions - building automated journeys, creating and refining content, and ensuring communication works seamlessly across channels. You work hands-on in marketing automation tools, translating ideas into scalable, high-quality implementations.
You also contribute to optimizing content and messaging placements across Veikkaus owned digital channels and support gamified marketing activations through tools such as Playable.
You create and optimize CRM content yourself (using modern tools and AI) in Finnish, continuously improving messaging through testing and iteration. You focus on what works in practice - how communication engages players, drives action, and supports responsible, long-term relationships.
