Job Description
We are looking for an Mergers & Acquisition Analyst to join Konecranes' Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on M&A experience in a global industrial company.
You will work closely with experienced M&A professionals and senior leaders, supporting transactions and strategic investment decisions that shape the future of Konecranes.
Responsibilities
- Support in evaluating investment opportunities, including market, financial, and strategic analysis.
- Participate in due diligence processes across financial, commercial, tax, legal, HR and operational areas.
- Prepare valuation models (DCF, multiples-based valuation, scenario analyses).
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and internal decision materials.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to support M&A pipeline development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, business units) and external advisors.
