MASTER BARISTA / BARISTA LEAD
MORE THAN ECLAIR Café – Vaasa
We're opening a new café, MORE THAN ECLAIR, in Vaasa and are looking for an experienced barista who wants to be an integral part of the project from the start and grow with us.
Start date: July–August 2026 (negotiable)
Who we're looking for:
At least 2 years of barista experience
Relevant education or proven experience in the coffee industry
Good knowledge of English
Finnish and/or Swedish sufficient for communicating with guests
Interest in specialty coffee, product quality, and development
Responsibility, initiative, and a desire to participate in the development of a new cafe
Your responsibilities:
Set up and monitor the quality of coffee equipment
Develop a coffee and tea menu
Train staff in beverage preparation and service standards
Maintain a high level of beverage quality
Oversee the order and atmosphere in the guest area
Participation in the development of the cafe concept
