Join Beneq as a Senior Electrical Engineer – Shape the Future of ALD Technology!
Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) is becoming a critical technology behind the world’s most advanced semiconductor devices. The equipment that enables it must be electrically flawless. At Beneq, we build that equipment.
We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Semiconductor Business Unit and take ownership of the electrical and control design behind our cutting-edge ALD systems. This is a hands-on senior engineering role. You'll be the electrical authority within a multidisciplinary team, making key decisions on PLCs, control architecture, electrical cabinets, and cable design, and seeing those decisions through, from concept and design to manufacturing and commissioning.
As a global leader in ALD solutions, Beneq offers the opportunity to work on technology that directly enables the next generation of semiconductor innovation. You'll tackle complex engineering challenges, influence critical technical decisions, and make a visible impact on products used by leading companies and research organizations around the world.
If you're an experienced Electrical Engineer who enjoys technical ownership, solving demanding problems, and working at the forefront of high-tech equipment development, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the electrical and control design of our semiconductor ALD tools as part of a cross-functional project team.
Own the key technical decisions: PLC selection, control systems, electrical components, cabinet layout.
Design and review electrical drawings to IEC, UL, SEMI S22, and NFPA 79.
Run root-cause analysis on tough problems and drive lasting reliability improvements.
Mentor other engineers and help raise the bar across the team.
What We’re Looking For
