Approximately <strong>60-70%</strong> of your time will focus on leading and developing a team of senior engineers, driving delivery, supporting technical decision-making, and maintaining engineering standards. The remaining <strong>30-40%</strong> will be spent contributing directly through architecture, design, code reviews, technical problem-solving, and software development.</span></p><p><span>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading engineers but doesn't want to step away from hands-on development.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior platform engineers.</p></li></ul></div><ul><li><p>Drive delivery across EcoOnline's shared platform services, including identity, access management, enterprise integrations, and product connectivity.</p></li><li><p>Balance people leadership with hands-on engineering, architecture, and technical decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Own and promote high standards across security, quality, reliability, and operational excellence.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Product, Engineering, CloudOps, and Security teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.</p></li><li><p>Champion AI-assisted and agentic development practices across the team.<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong software engineering background in PHP, .NET, or similar backend technologies.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading or managing software engineers in a modern SaaS environment.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.</p></li&g
