The role is deliberately generalist: one week you're building the business case for a new market, the next you're digging into competitive intelligence or shaping a board update. No two weeks look the same. What never changes: a front-row seat to how the company gets built, ownership from day one, and no patience for waiting to be told what to do.<br>We're looking for someone ambitious, fast, and hungry, who wants to earn responsibility by shipping, not by waiting their turn.</p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-7c197c53-7fff-5219-6aa7-ff1b9ce9c177">What you'll do:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support the founder and senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational projects, from framing the problem to delivering the output</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct research and analysis — market landscapes, competitor benchmarking, performance deep-dives — and turn raw data into clear, decision-ready insights</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help prepare materials for internal and external audiences: team updates, investor-ready decks, board summaries, and cross-functional briefings</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track key business metrics and contribute to regular reporting cycles, flagging anomalies and surfacing patterns that matter</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate across teams to move cross-functional projects forward, managing timelines, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment</span></p></li><li><p><strong>AI, AI, AI</strong>: Explore and prototype AI tools, frameworks, and processes that help WeRoad operate smarter as it scales.
