Within the WeRoad Growth team, we are already 26 people and will keep growing! All activities are managed in-house with a daily focus on four main areas: Digital Acquisition, Data, CRM, and MarTech. Our CRM unit intersects marketing automation, business necessities, and technical knowledge. The role entails overseeing marketing activities related to CRM, supporting the development of a unified CRM strategy for five markets, and managing online marketing automation initiatives and communication.</span></p><p><span>The ideal candidate knows how to approach Email Marketing, focusing both on campaign management and automation efficiency, contributing to the implementation of a strategy that aligns with our growth goals and ensures our Growth Team is the best in the industry.</span></p><p><span>This role requires you to be a keen learner, proactive and ready to quickly handle ad-hoc requests.</span></p><p><span><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p><ol><li><p><span>Global Campaign Management:</span></p></li></ol><ul><li><p><span>Assist in the ideation, execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, app, SMS).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure campaigns align with business goals, targeting the correct customer segments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help with the deployment of automated email sequences, promotions, and reactivation campaigns.<br></span></p></li></ul><ol><li><p><span>A/B Testing &
