<p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p>We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Operations Team in order to help deliver seamless, premium customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.</p><p>Our team focuses on delivering exceptional support to customers- from initial contact to post-delivery care — ensuring that every Polestar interaction reflects our brand values of innovation, sustainability, and performance.</p><p><span>This position is primarily onsite, with the office located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland, but there is a possibility to work remotely, when agreed.</span></p><p><strong><br>The responsibilities</strong></p><p>In this role, you'll be expected to take responsibility for the Polestar Customer Journey and to always make sure that customer enquiries are solved in the best possible way. Working as a member of Operations team, you'll be instrumental in a successful Polestar customer journey, one of the keys will be collaboration with both colleagues inside and outside of your team. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:</p><p>• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, technical issues, and general questions.<br>• Proactively manage follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of customer cases.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Logistics, and Technical Support to resolve complex cases.</p><p><strong><br>The ideal candidate</strong></p><p>In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.</p><p>You should be proactive, eager to take initiative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. You must also thrive in customer-facing roles, showing empathy, patience, and strong communication skills — especially when handling complex or sensitive situations.</p><p>You’re someone who finds energy in solving problems, and values working collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized even during busy periods will be key to your success .In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or contact center environments</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases from start to resolution</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English</p></li><li><p>Preferably previous experience in the automotive, tech, or premium retail sectors. This ensures you can handle diverse inquiries with professionalism and confidence.</p></li></ul><p>Finnish is the main language internally and in interaction with our customers, but as a global organization English is the language of written and spoken communication in contact with other markets. And though we have a global presence, we maintain the growth-mindset. Change happens often at Polestar. But so does progress.
