Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to build strong and meaningful relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms with partners, introducing Wolt products and services (e.g., Wolt+ and Wolt Drive) to expand offerings and increase revenue.
  • Provide consultation to partners on improvements, quality checks, and creative strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Regularly assess partner performance, prioritize actions to maximize impact, and support growth using business intelligence tools.
  • Gather feedback from partners and translate it into improvement opportunities for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Drive revenue growth using a data-driven approach that benefits partners and Wolt.
  • Proven success in account management roles with a strong commercial mindset driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical judgment. Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker or Power BI to turn data into decisions.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured and dependable. You manage your pipeline, remove blockers, and ask for guidance on new or complex work.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is valued.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English.

As our new Senior Key Account Manager you’ll onboard new partners and help them thrive on our platform. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships, drive growth, and play a significant role in Wolt’s revenue development in Estonia. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners, ensuring their success on our platform while driving Wolt’s growth in the market.
