The Team You'll Join As our People Ops Apprentice, you will be part of a small, international team. From day one, you will take on real responsibilities, supported by experienced teammates who will coach you and help you grow fast. Your Impact Personnel Administration & Onboarding Manage onboarding processes for employees and apprentices in France and internationally. Prepare and track administrative documents related to arrivals, internal mobility, and departures. Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee data across HR systems. Coordinate the various stages of the employee lifecycle with managers and internal stakeholders. Payroll Operations Prepare variable payroll elements for France (400 employees), UK (30), Spain (15) and Germany (16), in support of the People Operations Specialists in the team. In collaboration with the People Operations Specialist, manage the health insurance scheme in France and proceed with monthly checks. Ensure proper follow-up of medical check-ups for France-based employees, both at arrival and throughout their journey at the company. Handle administrative tracking of leaves in our HRIS. Participate in annual payroll campaigns and related controls. Employee Experience & Support Act as a key point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters. Support employees in managing their leave, absences, and administrative requests. Ensure rigorous follow-up in line with the team's SLAs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and service quality. What You'll Bring to the Role Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialization A first experience in generalist HR (internship or apprenticeship) and a solid grounding in French employment law fundamentals and core HR processes Prior exposure to an HRIS (BambooHR, Lucca, Personio, Workday, or equivalent) is a plus Experience in an international or high-growth environment is an advantage
