About this role

We are looking for a Sales Strategy Intern to join our Sales Strategy team in Milan. As Sales Strategy Intern, your mission will be to work on real projects that directly shape how our sales organisation plans its growth, measures performance and makes data-driven decisions. You will build the dashboards, reports and analyses that Sales Leadership relies on every day — contributing to strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and data.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reporting & Dashboard Building
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment)
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure data quality across reporting sources
  • Data Analysis & Business Insights
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales performance, market segmentation and territory coverage
  • Identify trends and summarize findings in clear, actionable formats to support business cases and strategic decisions
  • Go-to-Market & Planning Support
  • Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive presentations
  • Contribute to planning cycles by gathering and structuring data, and build scalable templates for recurring activities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align on data definitions, reporting standards and ongoing strategic projects.

  • You have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • You are curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks
  • You have an AI-first approach
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Now it would be fantastic if you:
  • Have a first exposure to SQL or data querying
  • Are familiar with a BI or data visualisation tool (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar)
  • Have an interest in SaaS, B2B, or health tech
  • Have a previous internship or academic project involving data analysis.
