Challenges you will work on: As a Business Controller, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted business partner to operational leaders. You will combine analytical excellence with business understanding to improve performance, increase financial transparency, and support initiatives that strengthen SAS’s competitiveness.This role offers significant exposure to senior leaders across SAS and the opportunity to influence decisions in one of Scandinavia’s most recognized brands.
What you will do• Partner with business leaders and management teams to support decision-making and drive performance.• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.• Develop business cases and evaluate strategic and operational initiatives.• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and resource allocation.• Drive and follow up on cost and performance improvement initiatives.• Develop and refine KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.• Support negotiations and strategic projects through financial analysis and benchmarking.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.• Educate and support managers to strengthen financial understanding and accountability.
