Business Controller - Marine Business Unit

Responsibilities

• At Volvo Penta, we are looking for a Business Controller to support and drive financial performance within our Marine Business Unit. In this role, you will be an important part of the finance organization, contributing to accurate reporting, strong financial follow-up, and fact-based decision-making.
• You will play an active role in monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. By providing clear insights and recommendations, you will help the business understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take the right actions moving forward.
• You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting structures, and ways of working. This includes participating in finance-related initiatives and supporting improvements that strengthen quality, efficiency, and business value.
