About the role
As Financial Controller, you hold overall responsibility for the finance function in Sweden. The role is broad and business-oriented, covering financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will play a key role in supporting the business with financial insight, investment analysis, and decision-making support that drives performance and long-term development.
You will work in an international environment with many cross-border contacts and a high level of exposure to group functions. The role also includes personnel responsibility and active involvement in developing finance processes, ways of working, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and follow-up
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage cash flow planning and working capital
- Ensure control over project accounting, inventory, and manufacturing costs
- Prepare financial analysis, investment cases, and decision support
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Develop processes, routines, and financial systems
