AFRY is expanding its Transmission & Distribution business in Sweden and is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance in one of the most important sectors of the energy transition. In this strategic leadership role, you will play a key part in developing AFRY’s market position, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that support the modernization and expansion of the power grid.
You will work closely with senior leadership and be part of one of the strongest Transmission & Distribution organizations in the Nordic region. Together with highly experienced specialists within substations, transmission systems, distribution networks, power system studies, FACTS and HVDC, you will contribute to shaping the future energy infrastructure of Sweden and beyond.

About the Role
You will hold a combined commercial and operational responsibility, driving both business development and project delivery across AFRY’s Transmission & Distribution business in Sweden.
The role combines strategic business development, sales leadership, portfolio management and operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing key customer relationships and ensuring successful delivery across a portfolio of strategically important projects and framework agreements.
