About the role
We are seeking a Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering execution and people leadership across multiple development teams in our R&D organization. The role is central to building a predictable, scalable, and sustainable engineering organization as the company continues to grow.
As Engineering Manager, you will focus on establishing consistent and scalable ways of working, developing teams, and ensuring reliable delivery while maintaining quality, stability, and clear ownership. You will work closely with Product, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and other engineering leaders to ensure alignment, resolve dependencies, and continuously improve how engineering delivers value. The role includes people leadership of around 10-15 engineers and the role reports directly to the VP of Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple development teams, establishing clear roles, ownership, balanced team capacity, and scalable ways of working.
- Support efficient and predictable delivery across teams by resolving blockers, managing dependencies, and supporting priority decisions in close collaboration with product leadership.
- Evolve and standardize engineering practices and tooling to maximize efficiency, stability, and consistency across teams.
- Implement and continuously evolve AI-supported engineering workflows and methodologies that are safe
