About the Role You will help a global brand-driven organization create a scalable way for licensed brands to sell online without losing control of the customer experience. Today, external partners sell under established brand names, but there is no dedicated structure for marketplace setup, governance, access rights or brand consistency. In this role, you will define how that setup should work and turn it into a practical operating model. You will move between strategy and execution. That means assessing business models and channel opportunities, aligning stakeholders across Brand, Legal, Digital, E-commerce, IT and Sales, and building the structures that let licensees operate within clear guardrails. It is a strong fit for you if you enjoy shaping something from the ground up and making it work in practice. Job DescriptionYou will map the current online go-to-market setup for licensed brands and identify opportunities, risks and structural constraints. You will evaluate relevant business models, channels and partner types, and separate real opportunities from noise. You will define the preferred online go-to-market setup for each brand and present clear recommendations. You will align stakeholders across Brand, Legal, Digital, E-commerce, IT and Sales on roles, responsibilities and ways of working.
