Position Overview

We are seeking a Battery Management System Development Engineer to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and verification of advanced Battery Management Systems (BMS) for next-generation battery packs. The position involves both theoretical and practical engineering work, including system design, software development, testing, and validation of battery management functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Battery Management System functions.
  • Design and verify algorithms for battery monitoring and control.
  • Support development of State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH) estimation methods.
  • Develop and validate communication interfaces such as CAN.
  • Participate in system integration and verification activities.
  • Perform laboratory testing and data analysis.
  • Support development of battery safety and diagnostic functions.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and engineering reports.
  • Collaborate with industrial and academic partners.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of battery systems and lithium-ion battery technology.
  • Understanding of control systems and signal processing.
  • Familiarity with testing and verification methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independ
