The position As an AI First System Engineer at Cambio, you’ll design and build the intelligent systems powering the future of healthcare. This is not about adding AI on top — it’s about rethinking how systems are built from the ground up in an AI-first world.

You’ll work at the intersection of architecture, AI, and product, shaping scalable and resilient solutions that enable new ways for millions of people to connect with healthcare. From defining system design and data flows to integrating AI capabilities into real-world applications, you’ll have a direct impact on how Cambio's HealthCare product evolves.

You’ll operate in an autonomous and highly collaborative environment alongside Product teams and external stakeholders — while also helping set the standard for how Cambio builds modern, AI-native systems.
