Solution Manager - Data, Insight & AI

We are looking for a Solution Manager - Data, Insight & AI to join our ICT team. In this role, you will lead the development, governance, and adoption of data, integration, analytics, and AI capabilities across the organisation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams, and external partners, you will translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions-enhancing decision-making, improving operational performance, and supporting our digital transformation journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain roadmaps for data, integration, analytics, and AI services

Translate business requirements into scalable and governed data and technology solutions

Drive the enterprise data platform and integration landscape (ERP, CRM, and core systems)

Lead AI adoption from use case identification through to operational scaling

Own integration practices, including interfaces, architectural patterns, and lifecycle management

Manage third-party service providers, ensuring ongoing performance and continuous improvement

Establish governance frameworks for data, integration, and AI services

Support the operating model, including collaboration with key users and coordination of releases and changes
