Job description:
Business Controlling:
Responsibility of the month-end closing and reporting processes
Developing existing and creating new reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes
Cash flow management including receivables & payables management
Reporting tools development (Power BI)
Preparing financial presentation and KPI materials for different stakeholders
Diverse daily hands-on tasks in supporting business units
Acting as a contact person and as a link between the business and accounting
Development of roadmap and implementation of agreed features of ICT-systems in co-operation with IT
Being company's ICT main contact person
Direct and manage Business Development activities with an entrepreneurial mind-set and can do attitude
Propose actionable business insights to the executives to drive the company forward
Hands on and flexible attitude in managing company's finance functions
Experience/Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional experience work experience within the areas of business controlling, consultancy, audit or equivalent
Strong business acumen with extensive customer and team interaction experience
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
Working proficiency in Finnis
