About the role

In this role, you will work with automation and control systems as part of a unit that develops and maintains embedded engine control systems. The current Scrum Masters find their work highly rewarding, especially when they see their team members grow and develop. You will get to analyze current working methods, brainstorm improvements, and see the results of your work quickly in practice!

Work tasks

Your workdays will consist of running versatile everyday team operations and broader organizational-level events. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

Preparing and facilitating team events (such as dailies, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives)

Ensuring communication and information flow between developers, other teams, and stakeholders

Researching and implementing agile best practices into the teams' daily work

Identifying areas for development in team operations and leading improvement initiatives

Working closely with the company's other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to improve the performance of the entire organization

Communicating with stakeholders regarding ongoing, upcoming, and past development projects
