We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Talent team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop recruitment operations and employer branding in a growing international IT consulting company. Your work will have a direct impact on how successfully we attract talent and support our business growth across different markets.
You will be responsible for technology and professional recruitments while helping hiring managers make successful hiring decisions through market insights and your strong recruitment expertise. Working closely with different stakeholders, you will ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment processes and excellent candidate experience.
What your role includes
Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to the business and directly contributing to how we build capabilities to support Norrin's growth
Working with international recruitment across Finland, Sweden, the United States, Thailand, and Vietnam
Owning assigned recruitment processes for complex technology and professional roles
Designing and executing targeted direct search strategies to identify and attract the right talent
Proactively building and maintaining talent networks across different markets
Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Actively developing recruitment practic
