We are now looking for a

HEAD OF PAYMENTS

who will own the execution of Finnair's payment strategy and lead end-to-end payment development , driving cross-functional collaboration across the Finnair Group to deliver optimal payment solutions, excellent customer experience, and cost efficiency.

You will be responsible for payment compliance across the company in close cooperation with internal stakeholders , and drive continuous optimization of payment-related costs.

Maintain a strong understanding of customers , markets, competitors, and relevant industry and cross-industry benchmarks.

E nsure optimiz ed end-to-end payment solutions, from customer-preferred payment methods to efficient payment architecture and processes.

Represent the voice of the customer by leveraging payment-related insights and feedback to influence development decisions.

Ensure payment compliance across markets and channels, including regulatory requirements, audits, and compliance roadmap leadership.
