Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager within John Deere Forestry in Finland, you will help shape the future of wheeled harvesting products, including harvesters, forwarders, and harvester heads. In this role, you will turn customer understanding and market insight into clear value propositions and go-to-market plans that support successful launches and business growth. Working closely with product teams, marketing, regions, dealers, and customers, you will help bring solutions to market that solve real customer needs and create value for both customers and the business.
Your Responsibilities:
Build customer and market understanding to help shape products, solutions, and marketing priorities.
Partner across product lines, regions, dealers, and customers to align priorities and support go-to-market direction.
Contribute customer and market insight to the development of value propositions, positioning, and messaging that highlight customer value.
Partner with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market planning and successful product launches.
Use customer, dealer, and market insight to strengthen positioning, launch readiness, and commercial success.
Build alignment across the organization by clearly communicating priorities, opportunities, and launch plans.
Position requires extensive travel.
What Skills You Need:
Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, marketing, sales, and regional teams.
Experience in product marketing, commercialization, go-to-market planning, product launches, product management, or a related field.
Ability to understand customer needs, turn insight into opportunities, and support strong market adoption.
Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the forestry industry, wheeled harvesting products, or related customer applications is an advantage.
