Steady Energy is a Finnish nuclear technology company developing the LDR-50 small modular reactor (SMR) to deliver safe, scalable, and carbon-free heat production for district heating and industrial applications. We are looking for a Business Controller to support us in versatile financial activities. The role plays an active part in developing financial processes, producing high-quality financial reporting, and supporting the company’s growth and strategic decision-making. In this position, you will work closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders, such as external accounting firms, to ensure a timely and precise approach to all financial activities.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in collaboration with the external accounting firm.
- Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Support the preparation of Board materials, management reporting, and investor reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
