"Operations" in this role means all aspects connected to our food production facility in Herttoniemi. In a nutshell, you'll ensure we produce the right quantities of products, at the right time and level of quality, and make sure they are delivered on time to the right customers. This role is a true startup growth accelerator role, combining both hands-on hustling tasks, running existing processes but also developing them further.

The responsibilities include: Planning production cycles and work lists

Optimizing ingredient and packaging purchases

Coordinating production staff

Coordinating orders and needs with our production and logistics partners.

Be the bridge between our office team and production team.

Supporting in customer service analysis and building better customer service processes

More complex tasks to be added based on competence (e.g building operational tools, automating workflows, or managing data systems to support scaling)
