Customer Service Specialist — Prenew

Prenew is a growing Finnish startup that refurbishes computers, working at the intersection of technology and sustainability. We're looking for a customer service specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our international clients.

Responsibilities

  • You'll handle customer inquiries through Customer Service software, responding to messages in German and English and other European language inquiries — supported with AI tools. You'll assist customers with technical questions and logistics-related queries. We use AI tools to support fast, high-quality responses, and you'll play an active role in developing how we work.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (Native or C1+) and strong English (B2+)
  • Experience with customer service software; Zendesk is a plus
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) in daily work
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple conversations at once.
