Responsibilities
- The role has end‑to‑end responsibility for CAPEX investments, test and power infrastructure, safety programs, and factory development initiatives, working closely with engineering, operations, EHS, SCM, IT, and external suppliers.
- This position combines technical depth, investment project leadership, and cross-functional coordination in a production environment.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, manufacturing, EHS, IT, and SCM
- Facilitate workshops, technical reviews, and regular project follow-ups
- Communicate clearly with management, team members, and external partners.
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare and manage CAR applications, including cost estimates, timelines, risk assessments, and business justification
- Drive projects through Gate processes and present progress and risks to factory and EMEA-level management
- Ensure budget, schedule, and scope control throughout execution.
- Define technical requirements for RFQs and evaluate supplier technical solutions
- Lead technical tendering and supplier evaluations for electrical systems, testers, cabling, and installations
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management on sourcing strategy, lead times, and escalation needs
- Support purchase requisitions, supplier justifications, and order execution in SAP / Ariba
