Responsibilities
- We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM, Java development, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 within a Windows Server 2012 environment. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-level applications and ITSM solutions.
- The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Remedy development and integrations, along with strong backend programming and database management capabilities.
- Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using BMC Remedy (ITSM/Helix platform)
- Customize Remedy forms, workflows, filters, escalations, and Active Links
- Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java (J2EE/Spring preferred)
- Manage and optimize database operations in Microsoft SQL Server 2016
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production issues
- Develop APIs and integration services (REST/SOAP) connecting Remedy with other enterprise
