Role Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Software Developer with strong experience in IBM SevOne and Advanced PHP development to support the design, development, customization, and integration of enterprise-grade monitoring and application solutions. This role requires a blend of network observability platform expertise and backend software engineering skills, with the ability to develop scalable PHP-based applications, APIs, integrations, dashboards, and automation workflows in a complex IT environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IBM SevOne NPM, strong PHP development skills, experience working in Linux/Unix environments, and the ability to integrate SevOne with business systems, operational platforms, and custom web applications.
Responsibilities
- IBM SevOne Development & AdministrationDesign, configure, and enhance IBM SevOne Network Performance Management (NPM) solutions to support enterprise monitoring needs.
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, alerts, and performance views in SevOne.
- Customize SevOne data collection and analytics to support network, infrastructure, and service monitoring.
- Configure and support SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, and related telemetry integrations.
- Troubleshoot SevOne platform issues involving collectors, appliances, data ingestion, thresholds, polling, and reporting.
- Work with network and infrastructure teams to onboard devices, services, and business-critical KPIs into SevOne.
