We’re a Helsinki-based B2B sales company, and we’re building the leading sales companies in Europe. To do that we’re hiring SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) who can call in their native language across European markets.
Some languages we’re hiring for right now:
Danish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, the Baltics, the Nordics, CEE, and UK/US English
Responsibilities
- You’re the first contact with potential clients. You reach out (mostly via cold calling) and book high-quality meetings for our clients. It’s demanding, fast, and genuinely rewarding. We care more about your attitude and work ethic than your CV, though experience in sales, customer service, events, sports, or coaching is a plus.
- You’ll thrive here if you’re hungry, competitive, curious, and persistent.
- Attitude is everything.
- The practical side:
- Office-based here in Helsinki, working alongside the team in person
- On payroll: base 12€/h + performance commission, so top performers earn well beyond the base
- Full onboarding, daily coaching from team leads, and a clear path to becoming a top SDR
- Fluent English required, on top of your native language
