About the role

As a Quality Specialist, you will focus on hands-on production operations and process development. In this role, your responsibilities includes for example centralizing quality control and quality assurance data and processes to provide verifiable proof of compliance. You will also ensure that traceability and tracking mechanisms are working across the entire production chain and manage production quality costs. In addition to technical and development responsibilities, your work involves extensive cross-functional collaboration across internal production, warehouse, R&D, and final assembly.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a solid understanding from manufacturing or production environment and good understanding in quality management. Work tasks

Developing production operations and processes

Centralizing quality control and quality assurance

Ensuring reliable traceability tools and tracking mechanisms across the entire production chain

Monitoring and managing production quality costs

Collaborating closely with different internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for

Relevant engineering study background

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, hands-on working experience in production lines is highly valued

An understanding of quality management and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
