We're hiring a Freelance Photo + Video Editor (Finnish speaking)
We're looking for an editor who can shape raw footage into polished, on-brand content.
Date Agency is a Helsinki-based marketing agency for hospitality brands. We build concepts, develop strategies, and turn them into real business growth.
The person we're looking for edits like a pro. They take photos and videos from shoot to final cut, shaping colour, pace and rhythm so every frame feels like the brand.

Requirements
- Hands-on photo and video editing skills
- A strong feel for pacing, colour and storytelling
- An understanding of different formats and what works on social media
- Knowing how hospitality brands should look and feel on screen
- Fluent Finnish and English
- This is a freelance, project-based role — flexible hours, work from where you want, paid per project or by agreed rate.
