Major responsibilities
Responsible for clinical/commercial demand liaison and apheresis collection connection by day, clinical project infusion by day, track non- clinical and new project transfer planning into plant production plan by week/Day;
Summarize clinical/commercial, non-clinical, registration, and project transfer requirements by month, create a master production schedule by month, and implement it into detailed weekly/daily production plans. Track production plan progress until product release;
Demand forecasting analysis, tracking of clinical demand discrepancies, close communication with clinical clients and internal CMC team to dynamically adjust and reduce missed clinical slot and improve slot utilization;
Semi-FG planning management like LVV, Plasmid, MCB/WCB and etc. to ensure supply for internal production or CDMO;
Regularly review
and update
capacity
utilization,
capacity plan,
inventory
levels
, and
slot management;
Comply with S&OP, S&OE process, optimize and execute, to balance demand and supply for long, mid and short term as the product planning and network planning;
Track project meeting and evaluate impact for clinical/commercial demand, scenarios analysis and exceptions handle;
Material planning skills as a backup;
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above , major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
Minimum of 5 years
’ working experience in pharm, medical device or FMCG manufacturing planning; CART experience is a plus; Experience in Multinational Corporations with European or American background is preferred;
Data-sensitive, excellent data analysis ability, logical thinking, problem-solving and risk prediction ability;
Proficient in EXCEL, Pivot tables, English reading and writing, basic oral English for daily work, Power Query/BI is a plus;
Good teamwork and result oriented, strong communication and coordination with cross functions with overall thinking picture;
CPIM certification is a plus;
Experience with SAP/Oracle/OMP is preferred.
