, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on driving customer growth, retention, and lifecycle management across Telia’s existing broadband and Telia Play customer base.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will lead commercial initiatives spanning retention, cross-sell, upsell, and customer lifecycle management, turning customer insights into measurable business results.
Develop
and execute commercial planning, performance tracking, and customer lifecycle management initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty.
Create
and build business cases to defend your ideas, then work closely with pricing, marketing, and direct outbound sales channels to bring them to life.
Consult
and partner with our data science teams to build predictive analytics models (
NBOs
) that promote personalized customer experiences.
Monitor
and analyze customer data and behavior to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities within our existing customer base of over 600,000 subscribers.
What will help you thrive in this role:
We're seeking a dynamic, proactive individual with a broad skill set who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a data-enthusiast mindset, and takes project ownership from start to finish.
Proven experience
of at least 2–3 years in management consulting (ideally at a senior level), segment/product management, commerce, customer loyalty, or customer lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge
of core analytical workflows, including clear proficiency in Excel (such as lookups and pivot tables) to interpret customer behavior data.
Ability to
confidently manage, align, and collaborate with multiple sales channel stakeholders (retail, inbound, outbound, and digital).
Fluency in
Lithuanian and English, backed by a higher education degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or similar fields. Telco industry experience is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
