About this role

Job Purpose:

The Junior Controller will provide support to the Controlling team in the TD SYNNEX division, focusing on financial reporting, margin analysis and marketing controlling. Responsibilities include supporting the preparation of front-end margin analysis, providing ad-hoc reports to the business and supporting the marketing controlling. This role requires analytical as well as system skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the preparation of front-end margin analysis
  • Marketing controlling
  • Supporting the OPEX/CAPEX budget planning
  • Supports Business Units with data and reports.
  • Prepares financial metrics and analysis for management reviews and analysis of financial performance vs plan
  • Helps in preparation of Management presentations for regular reviews (MEC, Quarter end, Forecast, Outlook etc)
  • Develops and works on various budgeting and forecasting models and templates
  • Prepares ad hoc reports and other analysis per request
  • Works closely with EMEA FP&A team members in all ongoing activities.
  • Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
  • Education respectively Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • First experience in a controlling position
  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of SAP of advantage.
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to maintain flexibility in a fast-pasted environment and continuously evolve to meet changing business needs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Quick learner, proactive and thorough
  • Deadline-Oriented, able to work well under pressure, has strong sense of urgency / prioritization.
  • Good communication and cooperation skills in international environment
  • Strong team success orientation
